In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you will learn yoga postures (Asanas); breathing techniques (Pranayama); simple Chi Gong movements and short meditations that you can easily practise at home.
Each class balances effort and ease with a focus on improving your core strength and flexibility while deepening the connection you have to yourself. You will learn many movements and techniques to help you integrate your body, mind and heart in the present. It's when you're not distracted by memories from the past or concerned about imaginations of the future, that true healing can happen.

If you can’t attend your normal class, it may be possible to visit a different class that week if spaces are free. Please always check with me first. I try to make the courses accessible and offer, where possible, some concession places. Each time you book a course, you receive a loyalty card entitling you to 10% off any 1-2-1 appointment eg. Shiatsu Massage , 1-2-1 private classes of yoga, meditation and chi gong or a gift voucher.

Booking and cancellation policy
I operate a first come, first served policy and as soon as your fee is paid, your place is automatically saved. This fee is refundable until 2 weeks before the course/workshop starts (or 6 weeks before weekend retreats) minus a 10% admin charge. Sorry, but in order to confirm numbers, no refund can be given after this date as other bookings may have been turned away but you may give your place to someone you know.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a class due to personal circumstances, I provide a full refund. If we have to cancel due to circumstances out of my control eg. dangerous weather and the hall is booked as usual then we have to put it down to an act of God/Mother Nature! Thank you for your understanding.
