It's best not to eat in the hour before having a treatment. As you remain fully clothed, wear or bring loose or stretchy clothes (preferably cotton) such as a long sleeve top and leggings or jogging/pyjama bottoms. Please avoid wearing a skirt, jeans or a belt. You'll also need a clean pair of warm socks as your temperature can lower slightly as your breathing and heart rate become more regular.
How often should I have Reiki?
A single session can be deeply relaxing and enjoyable. If you have long standing conditions or issues, a series of treatments is beneficial. The frequency and number of treatments will be discussed between us, as each person's needs are different. In general if you find that helpful changes are taking place, it is a good idea to continue treatment.
