Mindful Yoga, Meditation, Chi Gong & Slow Food Workshops 2019

Practice wonderful yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) with simple meditations and graceful Chi Gong movements. Watch a cooking demonstration from our international chef (join in if you wish to learn some new culinary skills!) and enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch in the lovely Arkholme Hall looking out onto the fields. Some dates include extra sessions such as a Gong Bath, creative writing, mantra singing etc - contact us for full details.
