Mindful Yoga, Meditation, Chi Gong & Slow Food Workshops 2019
Saturdays 10.30am-4.30pm, Arkholme LA6 1AT

These Saturday workshops are proving really popular and bookings have already begun for all of the following dates: 6th July - Creative Writing, 21st Sep TBA & 16th Nov 9th  - Menopause and Life Transitions.

Practice wonderful yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), learn key shiatsu/acupressure points to boost your health and happiness and share simple meditations and graceful Chi Gong movements. Watch a cooking demonstration from our international chef (join in if you wish to learn some new culinary skills!) and enjoy a delicious vegetarian/vegan lunch (mainly gluten free) in the lovely Arkholme Hall looking out onto the fields. Some dates include extra sessions such as mantra singing etc - contact us for full details.


Make time for yourself to tone your body, clear your mind and calm your heart in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Recharge those batteries and go home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
