Feel free to contact me if you would like more information about any of the courses and treatments I offer. I try to keep the admin. to normal office hours, Monday to Friday. Due to the weekly classes and treatments, it may take me a day or two to reply to emails. If you need a faster reply, it's best to text me. It's much easier for me if you use email or text/phone rather than apps such as Messenger, Whatsapp etc. Many thanks.
Book now for the remaining places of the Summer Term from April-July and the Autumn Term from September-December 2019. I ensure that there is always enough space for you to comfortably move and relax and therefore offer a limited number of places in each course.
A few places are available in Mindful Yoga Refresh and more remain in Mindful Meditation on Tuesdays in Arkholme. Thursday's Mindful Yoga Sunset and Friday's Mindful Yoga Sunrise in Barbon are almost full. Once all the places have been taken, you may leave your details on a waiting list and I will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.

Our next Saturday Workshop is focussing on boosting our brains, relaxing our hearts and de-stressing our bodies with Mindful Yoga, Chi Gong, and Meditation plus Creative Writing with guest teacher, Melanie Korepta. Oliver will be offering another one of his popular cooking sessions to create a delicious vegetarian and vegan lunch. Saturday 6th July in Arkholme from 10.30-16.30, £75 full day or £40 half day, both including lunch.
Bookings already being taken for our workshops on 21st Sep & 16th Nov (Life Transitions & the Menopause). I didn't realise just how popular these would prove to be or how far in advance you would start booking!
