Feel free to contact me if you would like more information about any of the courses and treatments I offer. I try to keep the admin. to normal office hours, Monday to Friday. Due to the weekly classes and treatments, it may take me a day or two to reply to emails. If you need a faster reply, it's best to text me. It's much easier for me if you use email or text/phone rather than apps such as Messenger, Whatsapp etc. Many thanks.


Book now for the last few places of the Spring Term from Jan-April 2019. I ensure that there is always enough space for you to comfortably move and relax and therefore offer a limited number of places in each course. 


Please note that Tueday's new Mindful Yoga Revive course in Hutton Roof, Thursday's Mindful Yoga Sunset and Friday's Mindful Yoga Sunrise in Barbon are almost full. A few more places are available in Monday's Mindful Yoga Refresh and Mindful Meditation in Arkholme. Please book soon to avoid disappointment. 


Once a course is full, you may leave your details on a waiting list and I will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.


Oliver is runing a digestive detox for a month from Jan 21st. Cleanse your system to boost your immunity, health and wellbeing with regular support, advice, recepies etc. with Oliver over the internet and by phone. Book by Jan 11th to ensure the nutritional supplemtents can be ordered in time.


Our next Saturday Workshop is also focussing on detoxification to cleanse mind, body and heart with specifically chosen Mindful Yoga poses, Chi Gong movements, meditation and relaxation techniques; plus delicious detoxifying food and nutritional advice to improve your health and happiness in 2019.  February 9th 2018 in Arkholme from 10.30-16.30, £75.

I aim to offer a range of classes where you can practice mindfully, safely and creatively in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment. People join courses for various reasons. Come along simply to stretch and tone your body; learn relaxation techniques for busy brains; or if you want to learn more about yourself, your unique abilities and possibilities for development. My mindful approach encourages self acceptance and natural change rather than rejecting or forcing anything. I see regularly how this acceptance of what is and allowing of what may be, brings more balance and beauty to our physical but also our psychological and emotional wellbeing.
