Book now for the remaining places of the Autumn Term from September-December 2019. I ensure that there is always enough space for you to comfortably move and relax and therefore offer a limited number of places in each course.

A few places are still available in in Mindful Yoga Refresh on Tuesdays in Arkholme, Mindful Yoga Sunset on Thursdays in Barbon and Mindful Meditation & Movement on Tuesdays in Arkholme. Once all the places have been taken, you may leave your details on a waiting list and I will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.


Oliver offers nutrition and supplement advice and runs regular digestive detoxes for either 3 or 5 weeks. Contact him to learn how you can cleanse your system from the comfort of your own home to boost your immunity, health and wellbeing with regular support, advice, recipes etc. 


Our next Saturday Workshop is focussing on 'Life Transitions and the Menopause' with Mindful Yoga, Chi Gong, Meditation and self- Shiatsu (acupressure). Oliver will be offering another one of his popular cooking sessions to create a delicious vegetarian and vegan lunch. February 2020 (date tbc) in Arkholme from 10.30-16.30, £75 full day (and if space remains available, £40 for a half day, again including lunch).

Finally, check out our blissful weekend retreat with Mindful Yoga, Meditation, Chi Gong, Shiatsu Massages and private chef in the stunning Yorkshire Dales from October 18th - 20th with the option of staying a 3rd night for free! Only £350 including all of the optional classes, luxury accommodation in twin rooms in a beautifully converted barn with underfloor heating and an outdoor hot tub and delicious meals. Throughly enjoyable and restorative!

I aim to offer a range of classes where you can practice mindfully, safely and creatively in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment. People join courses for various reasons. Come along simply to stretch and tone your body; enjoy relaxation techniques for busy brains; and learn more about yourself, your unique abilities and possibilities for development. My mindful approach encourages self acceptance and natural change rather than rejecting or forcing anything. I see regularly how this acceptance of what is and allowing of what may be, brings more balance and beauty to our physical but also our psychological and emotional wellbeing.
